Within 5 business days, we deliver a detailed written proposal with 3D renderings, material specifications, and a fixed price. No vague estimates — you know exactly what you're getting and what it costs.
Once you approve the proposal, we sign a fixed-price contract and give you a written start date. If we miss that date, we credit your account. No exceptions.
We handle all permitting with your local municipality. We order all materials and schedule subcontractors. You don't lift a finger.
Our crew builds your project with precision and care. Every week, you receive a photo update showing progress. Our project manager is available by phone or text throughout the build.
We do a detailed final walkthrough with you. Every punch list item is addressed before we consider the project complete. Your 5-year workmanship warranty starts the day you sign off.
